How it works?

    Just dial your destination number in exactly the same way as you do today and your call will be routed through our network.
    The service can be used from Fixed phones only.

How to register?

  1. First, you have to fill the carrier pre-selection form (click here for download). The form has to be filled and signed from the owner of the telephone line.

  2. Then, you fill the registration form (click here to download).

  3. You must then sent us both forms at the address:

The service will be activated 7 days from the day that the forms will be received.

Online Phone Bill:

With the Anywhere connection pack service you have the opportunity to manage your account on-line.
You can view all of your calls and ask for questions.

How to view your calls:

  1. Click on Online billing

  2. .
  3. Enter your personal code.

  4. Click at the "Call History" link.

  5. At this link there is a list of all your calls. Choose the month that you wish to view your calls.

How to use:
    Dial our 4 digit code together with your destination number. i.e. 1022+Destination.  The service can be used from Cyta Mobile subscription packages and Fixed Phones.

How to activate the Anywhere Service:

With the Anywhere connection you will find your PIN number and your account number. There are three ways to active the service.

Through our website

  1. Visit our website.

  2. Click at the "online billing"

  3. At the pin space type your code number and after press login

  4. Click at the "update profile"

  5. At the subject "Number management" and at the space "ANI/Caller ID Authentication list enter the numbers of the telephones that you wish to enter at the Anywhere Service, putting at the end of each number ";".

For example. 22669933;99123456;

  1. Click at the space "Submit User Information" in order to activate the service.

Through our Customer Service (22669933)

You can activate the Anywhere connection package by calling our customer service. Simply call us and one of our customer service assistants will activate your connection package.
